Poopie Scoopers R-US is a dog waste removal (Pooper Scooper) company that will thoroughly clean your yard free of pet waste.
Why hire a pooper scooper to clean your lawn... ?
- No one likes to step in dog poop and spread it into homes, cars and businesses.
- Your dog doesn't like to step in dog poop and drag it into the house either.
- You are too busy and don't have time.
- Families with several dogs who need help regularly keeping the back yard clean from dog poop.
- You like to use your lawn.
- Those with physical limitations which make it difficult or impossible to clean up after their pets.
- Dog poop contains bacteria and parasites that can be transmitted via dog poop and cause serious health hazards to you and your dog.

How often does your company come out... ?
Most of our customers prefer pooper scooper service once a week.
Are there any contracts to sign ... ?
No, we can start and stop your service anytime with a phone call or on the sweep&go portal.
NO TEXTING TO SIGN UP OR TO CANCEL SERVICE. All services must be confirmed via telephone, snail mail, or on the sweep&go portal to cancel service or Sign up for service!
You may pay your invoice by credit card, check, or money order.
Debit cards, Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal are no longer accepted.
How do I pay... ?
Online bill payments are processed securely with Sweep&Go.
Is there an extra charge for the first time clean-up ... ?
Yes, there may be an extra charge for the first pooper scooper service if there has been a lot of accumulation of waste over time. This will be determined during the consultation and first visit.
Will you clean any yard... ?
Yes! There is a slightly higher charge for very large yards over the typical 1/4 acre size yard.
What about tall grass and leaves... ?
Poopie Scoopers R-US cannot service your yard thoroughly with heavy leaves, high grass, rocky areas or debris. We will do the best we can under these circumstances.
Can you work with my dog in the yard... ?
Absolutely! As long as your dog is not aggressive and lets us in your yard. If your dog is not good with strangers, or if your dog will not allow us to clean the yard, then we ask that you restrain or confine your dog. We do not want to take unnecessary risks with your dog or our employees.
Should I unlock my gate... ?
Yes, we do not climb or jump over fences. Poopie Scoopers R-US must have unlimited access to the area to be serviced. If you have a lock on your gate, you must provide us with a key or lock combination so that we can service your yard. If your gate is locked when we arrive you will be charged for the service call that could not be completed. A note will be placed on your front door explaining the reason for the non-serviceable visit. Poopie Scoopers R-US will make sure your gate is locked when we leave.
Is your equipment sanitized... ?
Yes, in order to prevent the spread of infectious canine viruses, we sanitize all equipment before and after each visit in bleach and our shoes are sprayed with Parvosol, a vet approved broad spectrum disinfectant.
What do you do with the dog waste?
Collected dog waste is doubled-bagged and disposed of on top of your trashcan or to the right or left side of your garage door, we will only put it in your trash can if you trash is at the curb waiting to be picked up or if it is raining/snowing!
Do you work through the winter... ?
Yes. As long as your dog is using your yard, Poopie Scoopers R-US will scoop and remove dog waste through the winter months as well.
What happens when it rains or the weather is bad... ?
We'll work in most weather, but anything out of our control, like very heavy rain, lightning, flooding, freezing temperatures, ice, snow (As little as 1 inch of recent snowfall can impair our ability to locate waste) or any other severe weather may stop us. We will try to make up the work later that week, but if we cannot, we will return on the next scheduled service day. Your monthly rate will remain the same since we will be collecting double the amount of waste on the next scheduled visit.
What if I want to skip a service day... ?
If the dog is away for 4 weeks or longer then there will be no charge if the dog is gone for less time is a monthly service and you will be charged for 1 or 2 weeks missed.
With covid if we get it and can not service your yard we will charge for that week because we must lock down for that time period.
What about holidays... ?
We do not work the following holidays / days:
- Memorial Day Weekend
- Independence Day - Independence week, July 1 to 8th Vacation
- Labor Day Weekend
- Thanksgiving & Black Friday
- December 21 through January 7
- Weekends
When a holiday falls on a regular service day, we will always let you know a month in advance. Service returns to the regular day the following week.
We will not let you know in advance you must continue to read our website!
What We Cannot Do:
- Poopie Scoopers R-US cannot pick up common trash or dead animals.
- Poopie Scoopers R-US cannot extend credit on payments.
- Credits cannot be applied due to situations beyond our control.
Poopie Scoopers R-US takes pride in making sure you are completely satisfied with the work we perform, so if there is ever a time when you are not satisfied please let us know and we will return that day or the next day to make it right.
